Joomla Support Rates
vischu.com has been very generous in the past in providing you with free support on all your Joomla issues. Unfortunately, due to the rising number of support cases that we have to deal with, we will have to reduce our generousiy.
Our policy has always been to supply you with one free month Joomla support, after we delivered your site. This means that every vischu.com joomla customer is entitled to one month unlimited free support from the date we delivered the site for customer testing.
In order to continue to use our services, you may buy a ticket strip for Joomla Support. Ticket strips are available in the following quantities: 10, 25, 50 and 100 strips. Each strip entitles you to use up to 15 minutes of our support time. If your support request takes us 1 hour to solve, we will deduct 4 strips from your balance. If it takes us 25 minutes it will cost you 2 strips. Once your ticket has been closed, you will receive an updated balance of your ticket strip.
Customers that have not bought ticket strips will receive invoices for the time we have spend on solving their problems. Each block of 15 minutes or part thereof will be charged at 7 Euro or 350 Baht. Support invoices are send at the end of each calendar month. Please note that buying support tickets is cheaper than being invoiced for support.
